Steve Biel Design and Illustration is a Milwaukee based creative studio offering design services to clients of all sizes. We have years of experience working with non-profit arts organizations including museums and the performing arts. Our work encompasses a broad spectrum of creative projects and includes high-quality books, logos, and marketing materials of all shapes and sizes.

We establish conceptual and stylistic direction for design projects and collaborate with clients, writers, and photographers to direct the creative vision and project management.

STEVE BIEL
Steve's years of eclectic design experience bring a high level of refinement to his work. His most recent positions were as Director of Design and Publications at the Milwaukee Art Museum and as Creative Director at the Minnesota Orchestra. Prior to that he held the position of Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director at Minnesota Monthly Publications for seven years.

In his off time Steve is an avid cook and gardener. He enjoys a cup of black coffee, a round of golf and refacing cabinets. He also likes to watch college basketball but only after walking the dog.
